COMPANY DESCRIPTION
A global, semiconductor company is looking for a Manager of Financial Consolidations and Reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This individual will be responsible for the following:
-Review of monthly and quarterly financial statements and analyses across all domestic and international locations, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K and 8-K.
-Oversee consolidation of foreign and domestic entities, including foreign currency issues and intercompany chargebacks and eliminations.
-Research and establish policies and procedures to ensue compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements and coordinate reporting deliverables for annual audit and quarterly reviews.
-Implement and maintain SAP consolidation and reporting system.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate must possess 5+ years of related experience, CPA, SEC and Consolidations Experience is required, SAP or Hyperion systems a plus.
